To run BOOKARAMA Howick Rotary is looking for volunteers to help. BOOKARAMA is Auckland’s largest community book fair and was launched at the turn of the century. It has the sole purpose of raising funds to help needy families, improve the environment, preserve heritage and assist young people to realise their full potential.
As a volunteer you will help in a variety of ways tailored to fit your interests and capabilities. Tasks include collection, sorting, packing in, set up, packing out and general assistance to help the event run smoothly. A detailed brief is provided so each volunteer fully understands their role.
